Golf Tournament Registration

Join us on September 22nd, 2010 for a day of golfing and food. We begin with a 1:00 pm registration and the tournament will begin at 2:00 pm which will conclude with a barbecue and awards ceremony. Use the form below to send us your registration.

Included in the price is 18 holes of Golf at the award-winning Thansksgiving Point Golf Course, golf cart, BBQ dinner, awards and prizes and a diddy bag fully of goodies.

If you are PRO-UNITY, then pull out your clubs and help us Drive Out Racism. This incredible community fundraiser celebrates Utah’s growing diversity and fosters a friendly competition between participants. See you there!

All proceeds will go directly toward youth programs where young leaders learn to grow as humanitarians, dialogue in a constructive manner, expand their own perspectives and see themselves as agents of change.
